1st Annual Padre Island Parrot Heads of CC Chili Cookoff and Club Happy Hour

Hello Phlock! We have several members that have expressed interest in a club Chili Cookoff, so here are more details:

WHAT: The 1st. Annual Padre Island Parrot Heads of CC Chili Cookoff and Club Happy Hour

WHERE: The Boathouse

WHEN: October 19

TIME: 5 PM

REASON TO PARTY: Coastal Bend Food Bank

Music: Richard Sanchez

RULES FOR THE COOKOFF

1. All chili is to be cooked at home so that it is ready to taste at the Boathouse.
2. The general recipe, due to possible food allergies of those sampling, will need to be posted by your crock-pot.
3. Chili can be with or without beans.
4. All crock-pots must be ready for taste testing by 6 PM.
5. The club will provide cups and spoons.
6. The Waterline will have the tables.
7. Please bring your own extension cord for your crock-pot.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st., 2nd., and 3rd. place chilies.
