Hello Phlock! Our club Board Elections are coming up soon. Please read all the information/instructions below to be ready to participate. All Nomination Forms must be received by our 2025 Election Officers by October 15th to be included in the elections.
2025 Election Officers

We have the below positions available; each has a two (2) year term starting January 15, 2025 and will expire January 14, 2027.
Qualifications of the Election to Board of Directors
To run for or hold an office on the Board, a member must be in good standing, have been a member of the organization for a minimum of one year, and will commit to participate in Board Meetings and events and submit an email notification to be approved for nomination by the Board.
President
A. The President shall be the Chief Executive Office and liaison with PHiP and other local groups and any other organization that is congruent with the mission statement of the club.
B. The President shall approve agendas and preside over all meetings of the Board.
C. The President shall appoint all committee chairmen and any other appointive offices with the approval of a majority vote of the Board and shall make any other appointments deemed necessary by that body.
D. The President shall oversee the planning and implementation of social activities.

A. The Secretary shall keep minutes of all Board meetings.
B. The Secretary shall furnish copies of agendas and minutes to all Board members for approval.

Director of Communications
A. Director of Communications responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, sharing and providing information for our newsletter, e-mails from and to membership and other communications that may be needed and approved by the Board.
B. Have open communication with the Web Master and manage social media accounts.
